The Wild Wadi Waterpark is open between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Sunday. The park is closed once a year, for a few days, for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the pools and rides of the park. Since the park is an outdoor one, it might be a good idea to visit the place in the morning during its opening hours when the sun is not scorching. For the same reason, winter months between November to March are the best time to visit.
The Green Planet is open from Sunday to Saturday. It opened at 10 am in the morning and remains open till 6 pm. You will be able to purchase a ticket at the venue till 5 pm. The best time to visit the park would be in the early morning and on week days. This is the time when there is less crowd, and you will be able to enjoy the place at leisure without the hustle bustle.
The Wild Wadi Waterpark is one of the oldest fun-themed water parks in the country. The park is themed on Arabian folklore and has several characters such as Sinbad, Juha and others. While visiting the park, you will be able to enjoy more than 30 exhilarating rides such as Burj Surj, Master Blasters, Juha’s Journey and others.
The Green Planet is Dubai’s first bio-dome, which has recreated a tropical rainforest atmosphere. Its enclosed ecosystem is divided into four levels having over 3000 species of animals, birds, plants, reptiles, insects and more. The place is also famous for its 35 m high, world’s tallest man-made tree.
You will be able to explore all rides of the Wild Wadi Waterpark in about 3 to 4 hours. To explore the bio dome which houses the Green Planet, you will need around 1 to 3 hours. However, if you want to indulge in some fun activities such as being a zookeeper for a day, snorkelling with Piranhas or sloth encounters, you may need half a day or even a whole day.

Yes, it is possible to visit both Wild Wadi Waterpark and The Green Planet on the same day. You can visit the Wild Wadi Waterpark in the morning and spend 2 to 4 hours there, checking all the rides. You can then proceed to the Green Planet and explore the place in 1 to 3 hrs. However, you may not be able to enjoy some of the activities which require more time to indulge in.
There is no specific dress code for Wild Wadi Waterpark. However, you will need to wear appropriate swimwear during the rides. You can wear bathing suits, full-body swimwear, board shorts, round-neck t-shirts, goggles, and slippers/swimming shoes. For the Green Planet also, there is no specific dress code. However, you will need to wear respectful attire, failing which you may not be allowed to enter.
Neither Wild Wadi Waterpark nor the Green Planet will allow you to carry outside food and beverages inside their premises. Wild Wadi Waterpark will allow you to bring a 1-litre water bottle per person, and you will get plenty of fast food options at the park itself. The Green Planet has its own café where breakfast, lunch and dinner options are available in the form of pizzas, pastas, burgers, salads and more.
There are several dining options at the Wild Wadi Waterpark. You can head towards any of the six cafes of the park such as Julshan’s Burgers and Dogs, Juha’s Family Kitchen, Ali’s BBQ, Riptide Pizza, Leila’s Fruits and Snacks and Shahbandar’s Café. The Green Planet has the Green Planet Cafe where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner options such as a range of salads, delicious burgers, pizzas, pasta dishes and more.
