What kind of swimwear is allowed at Wild Wadi? 

Wild Wadi water park has a swimwear policy mentioning what to wear for Wild Wadi that must be strictly followed for entry into the park. According to Wild Wadi dress code.

• Guests can wear typical swimwear like one-piece and two-piece swimsuits, full-body swimsuits, long-sleeved rash vests, swim shorts, and bikinis.
• Swimwear must be made of spandex and nylon or polyester material and must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment.
• Swimsuits that are not transparent, provocative or offensive are allowed.
• Kids should wear swim diapers instead of regular diapers. Water-safe swim diapers are available for sale at the park’s gift shops.
• Burkini, which is a Muslim swimwear with a headscarf and hijab, is available for sale at the park’s retail outlets for female Muslim guests.
• Guests can wear pants, capri shorts and t-shirts with sleeves while dining at the restaurants.

What Kind of Clothing is Not Allowed at Wild Wadi?

• Wild Wadi dress code does not allow inappropriate swimming attire like underwear 
• Transparent bathing suits that could expose body parts

• Cotton clothes, jeans and long pants
• Shorts and wetsuits with protruding designs and accessories at the back like rivets
• Long flowing clothes that can be unsafe while playing in the pool
• Street clothing
• Accessories like long necklaces and chains 
• Swimwear and accessories that can be potentially damaging to the slides
• Swimsuits with metal objects like buttons, zippers, buckles and snaps that could harm other people and the slides in the park
• Regular diapers for babies
• Spectacles, sunglasses and lenses while on the rides

What Kind of Footwear is Required at Wild Wadi?

• Visitors are recommended to wear comfortable footwear that is suitable, safe and quick-drying for the wet conditions in the park.

• Sandals, flip-flops or water shoes with good grip are required to avoid slipping on wet surfaces while walking around in the Wild Wadi water park.

• It is recommended to bring an additional pair of shoes or sandals as your footwear can get wet in the park.

• Footwear is not allowed on some of the rides for safety reasons.

• It is better to wear shoes that are easy to put on and take off as guests may have to do so frequently throughout the day.

Locker availability at Wild Wadi 

Wild Wadi offers locker rentals to its visitors to keep their belongings safe while they enjoy the attractions in the park. The lockers are available in different sizes and are located throughout the park. The rental rate differs based on the size of the locker and the amount of time it has been rented. The rent of the locker ranges between AED 45 to AED 85, depending on the size, i.e. small, medium and large. Guests are provided a wristband that lets them access their locker throughout the rental period. Locker availability is subject to demand and hence it is recommended to bring only essential items to the park to minimise the need for a locker.

Tips while visiting Wild Wadi 

• Check your kid's height before entering the park as you must be at least 1.1 metres in height to access some rides in the Wild Wadi water park.

• Follow the dress code as it is mandatory to wear appropriate swimwear like swim shorts, bikinis and full-body swimsuits to enjoy the rides in the park.

• Children below 13 years of age must always be accompanied by an individual of at least 16 years.

• Pregnant women, guests with health and medical issues and individuals who are overweight should refrain from using some rides and attractions for safety reasons.

• Make sure you carry some cash to pay at the in-house restaurants and cafes as food and beverages from outside are not allowed in the park.

• Always attach your GoPro cameras to straps for a more safe recording.
